And it is our task - to help them cope with the difficulties, an accessible infrastructure for development and self-realization. I am sure that our citizens will have more reasons to enjoy life, if you will, the necessary conditions for a comfortable stay, transportation, availability of all the benefits of civilization.
I know that the work in this direction is carried out in the region, special requirements now apply to the construction of new buildings, provides funds for the purchase of necessary equipment. Questions accessible environment for monitoring federal and regional authorities. But I"m sure we can do even more, combining the efforts of government, business, science and all concerned people.
