The signing of the Cooperation Agreement between the "Parliamentary Association of the Northwest of Russia" and the Parliamentary Association "Far East and Trans-Baikal region" held on November 13 in Vologda. A draft agreement was approved at the general meeting of the Association of legislative (representative) bodies of state power of subjects of the Russian Federation, the Far East and Trans-Baikal in June this year, the news agency reported AmurMedia the press service of the Legislative Duma of Khabarovsk Krai.
The speaker of the regional parliament, the chairman of the Parliamentary Association "Far East and Trans-Baikal" Victor Miracles will participate in the XL VII Conference of the Parliamentary Association of the Northwest of Russia, on the 20th anniversary of its formation. November 13 in the framework of the conference will be a ceremony of signing the Agreement on Cooperation between the "Parliamentary Association of the Northwest of Russia" and the Parliamentary Association "Far East and Trans-Baikal region."

The main goal - the development of inter-parliamentary relations by organizing and conducting joint activities to develop a coordinated approach to the implementation of political, economic and social reforms, improvement of legislation, exchange of experience in legislative activities and the search for mechanisms of legislative impact on all aspects of our regions.
Given that the Parliamentary Association "Far East and Trans-Baikal" and "Parliamentary Association Northwest Russia" composed of 11 subjects of the Russian Federation, the coordinate efforts to promote legislative initiatives in the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation will be 22 regional parliament.
"Constructive cooperation will be beneficial for all regions and will allow us to make a significant contribution to the development of federal legislation, strengthening the interaction of all the legislative bodies of the Russian Federation", - said the speaker of the regional parliament, the chairman of the Parliamentary Association "Far East and Trans-Baikal" Victor Miracles.
Also it will take part in the plenary session of the Conference and the solemn session of the Parliamentary Association of the Northwest of Russia devoted its 20th anniversary.
